Due to customization of all of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Buyer's remorse refunds are not given.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not take responsibility for lost and stolen packages. We have made Route Package Protection an option to add to your order if you want the extra security of having your items delivered safely. If you suspect an item of being lost or stolen, please contact Route. Orders placed without Route Protection are the responsibility of USPS once it leaves our hands.
Any refunds will be refunded as store credit only.
