Shipping policy
It looks like my order was returned to sender/is lost/never showed. Now what?
If your order is stuck in transit or was falsely marked delivered, please file a case with USPS. Usually this will get the package moving; if there is no movement for a couple of weeks, send us an email at info@loadupco.com.
We will ONLY REPLACE an item IF you have a closed case with USPS (an email or letter stating they cannot find your package or it was misdelivered). Please do not email us for a replacement if your case is open.
If an item is returned to us due to user address input error, you will be charged a $10 reshipping fee (if international, you will be charged accordingly).
